This is a DeVilbiss GT5000 generator. 5000 watt rated output power, 6250 watt surge. 120/240VAC suitable for homes with well pumps.

It has normal 120VAC duplex outlets for use with extension cords or direct plug in operation. The original 240VAC duplex outlets have been replaced with a round 20A twistlock outlet. Neutral and ground lines are isolated. Details of the wiring change are available here.
