Transfer panel at Gite Montagne Nirvana B&B, St Faustin-Lac Carré, Quebec.

The panel has been wired to switch live lines only. Neutral is not switched.
Notice the label stating "This panel wired for generator with Floating Neutral" on the last picture.

The installation uses a Federal Pioneer Stab-lok® Generator Panel type GP3P60-20. It is available at Home Depot, part number 047569324833, price $204.50. 60A, 20 circuits. It appears the circuits are split 12/8 on each line. The added circuits split 8/4 gives this panel a much better ability to properly balance loads and include a few extra comfort circuits compared to the Siemens 12 circuit panel.
I prefer this transfer panel over the Siemens model.
